2. If you are not totally satisfied with the item(s), you may return the item and we will refund you the item cost provided the items's condition is still in its original condition. Please note that we will not refund the postage cost.

If you ordered a shopping bag (RM19 + RM5 postage) and decide to return back to us, we will refund you the item cost RM19. The RM5 postage plus postage of returning the item back to us will be borne by you.
